Creole Remoulade Sauce

Great for Po Boys!
FOR JUST THE TWO OF US, I HALFED ALL THE INGREDIENTS.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hellmans
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish, I used sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons capers, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Creole or Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced or pressed in a garlic squisher thingie
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Cachereys Creole seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together adjusting flavors to your taste.

  2. I used this on my buns/rolls for PoBoys but could just be used for a seafood dipping sauce.
