Creole Remoulade Sauce

Great for Po Boys!
FOR JUST THE TWO OF US, I HALFED ALL THE INGREDIENTS.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hellmans
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish, I used sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons capers, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Creole or Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced or pressed in a garlic squisher thingie
- 1 teaspoon Tony Cachereys Creole seasoning
Directions

Mix all ingredients together adjusting flavors to your taste.

I used this on my buns/rolls for PoBoys but could just be used for a seafood dipping sauce.
