Crock pot Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp powdered ginger
  • 3 tbsp Medium curry powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken bullion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Large Onion minced
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • .5 stick butter

Directions

  1. Put everything APART FROM the Garam Masala and butter into the slow cooker (crock pot). Give it a good stir.

  2. Put the lid on and cook on HIGH for 4 hours

  3. When the chicken is tender and falling apart, gently shred it with two forks and stir in the Garam Masala and butter.

  4. Mix well until everything is coated and softened in the sauce.
