Ingredients
- Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake
- 8 oz lutusbiscoffus cookies
- 1/2 c melted choc chips
- 1 stick melted unsalted butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 c powdered sugar
- 1 cup melted cookie butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp conf sugar
Directions

Crush cookies

Pour over melted choc and butter

Stir to combine and press into 9 inch Springform pan

Place cream cheese, sour cream whipping cream and 1/3c powdered sugar in mixer using whip

attachment, 5-7 min til sturdy

Put filling on top of crust, wrap on and put in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight

Remove ring

Press some more cookie crumbs on the sides

Melt cookie butter for 10 sec in micro

Pour over the top of cake and smooth to the edge

Place dollops on tope and sprinkle with crumbs.
