Ingredients
- 2 piecrust
- onion-diced
- garlic 1 -2 cloves minced
- 1-2 T butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 package frozen spinach- thawed and drained
- 3 T creme
- 3/4 C gruyere cheese or fontina
- salt/pepper
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Dash hot sauce
- egg wash for top
- light flaky salt for top
Directions

roll each crust into 11-12 inch circle and place each on wax paper on pizza pan. cover with seran wrap and refrigerate

saute onion in butter

add garlic and saute briefly

add flour- might need a tad more flour and cook 1 minute

add spinach
-
add cheese
-
add creme-might need a tad more creme

add salt and pepper

Add lemon juice and dash hot sauce

divide mixture between 2 pie crusts

cut each into 1/8s

roll from edge to center to form croissant appearing roll

Can refrigerate now for a short time

TOP WITH EGG WASH

TOP WITH LIGHT FLAKY SALT

Bake 425 for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
