Ingredients
- 2 c rice
- 4 to 5 c of water or beef broth
- 1/2 c sofrito
- 1 c gondules
- 1 packet Sazon with achote
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 T oil
- Salt and pepper
- Pork chops

Heat oil in pan, add the rice

Toast the rice then all the other ingredients

Get the mixture to boil then put a lid on it and turn down the heat to low

Cook 20 minutes without lifting the lid
