Ingredients
- 3-4 squash- sliced
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 c whole milk
- pepper 1 t -Maybe small amount of salt but using garlic salt also
- 7 c toasted french bread crumbs-(toast 250 degrees for 45 minutes)
- 1 1/2 c white cheddar
- 1 c fontina
- 1/2 c parmesian
- 2 t garlic salt
Directions

saute squash in large skillet

pour slightly cooled squash in all other ingredients

Put into greased casserolle

chill i hour- covered

bake 350-30-40- minutes
