peppermint bark

Ingredients

  • semi sweet chocolate chips 20 ozMELT SEPARATE FROM ALMOND BARK
  • 24 oz white almond bark MELT
  • 1 T peppermint extract
  • 1 to 1 1/2 C crushed peppermint chips

Directions

  1. put melted chocolate chips in tHIN LAYER ON PARCHMENT
  2. put in refrig about 1 hour to harden

  3. Now cover chilled chocolate with white almond bark

  4. Sprinkle cracked peppermint on top and

  5. Chill again
