Ingredients
- 4 thick, medium pork chops
- 6 T raw rice (can vary with amount of liquid)
- pinch of marjoram and thyme
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 large onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper sliced into rings
- salt & pepper
Directions

brown pork chops in olive oil, seasoning while browning

put rice on bottom of a baking dish, add pork chops and rest of ingedients

bake in oven at 350F for 1 hour or slow cook in crock pot
