Ingredients

• 2 sticks soft butter
• 2 C powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 1/2 t almond extract
• 2 c flour
• 1/2 c almond flour
• 1 t salt

Directions

1. beat butter

2. add powdered sugar and beat again

3. add egg, almond extract, flour, almond flour and salt.

4. Mix with beater

5. Pipe cookie on lightly greased cookie tray with cookie press

6. Top with egg wash, ground almonds and coarse sugar

7. Refrigerate

8. Bake 325 for 10-12 miinutes
