BLACK & WHITE BROWNIE CUPCAKES

Ingredients
- 1 package Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate
- Brownie Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In medium bowl, stir together Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownie Mix, 1 egg, water and oil until moistened (about 40 strokes).
- Spoon batter into lightly greased or paper-lined muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
- Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 egg and vanilla, continue to mix on medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. For each cupcake, place rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of batter. Bake 28-32 minutes.
