Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Bake potatoes with skins at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut the potatoes in half the long way

using a spoon scoop the potato from the center looking like a shell. Place the scooped potatoes into a bowl and add sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 cheese. Mix well

Spoon back into the potatoes, sprinkle the 1/2 c of cheese over the tops.

place on a baking dish

Warm in oven until cheese is melted.
