Directions

Put clams in collandar in dutch oven pan.

Dissolve 2 Tbsp Salt in 4 C of Water x 3

Let clams sit on counter for 1 hour

Wash each clam w/ a brush under cold running water.

Put clams in single layer in pot w/ drainer insert.

Cook on high for 5 minutes. Shake pot & 2-3 more minutes.
