bacon viinegarette

Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 t white wine
  • 3 T white wine vinegar
  • 2 T dijon
  • 3 T honey
  • pepper
  • Salad
  • spinach
  • boiled egg
  • a few red onion slices

Directions

  1. Cut bacon into small cross wise strips

  2. cook until bacon just starts to brown

  3. add onion-saute lightly

  4. add minced garlic-saute about 1 minute

  5. Add

  6. wine

  7. wine vinegar

  8. dijon

  9. honey

  10. pepper
