bacon viinegarette

Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • 3/4 C diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 T white wine
  • 3T white wine vinegar
  • 2 T dijon
  • 3 T honey
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Cut bacon vertical and cook until just turning brown

  2. Add onion and cook til soft

  3. Add minced garlic- cook 45 sec or so

  4. Off burner

  5. add remaining ingredient

  6. Serve on spinach with red onion slices and boiled egg on top
