Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 3/4 C diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 T white wine
- 3T white wine vinegar
- 2 T dijon
- 3 T honey
- pepper
Directions

Cut bacon vertical and cook until just turning brown

Add onion and cook til soft

Add minced garlic- cook 45 sec or so

Off burner
-
add remaining ingredient

Serve on spinach with red onion slices and boiled egg on top
