Ingredients
- 5 medium apples peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 c maple syrup (you can use brown sugar instead)

dump all ingredients into crock pot

cook on low for 6 or so hours

then blend

if you want it thicker uncover and continue to cook until it is the desired consistency
