Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced uncooked pealed apples
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c oil

Directions

  1. mix all ingredients

  2. bake at 350 degrees in a 9 × 13 greased pan for 45 minutes
