Ingredients
- 2 racks of Ribs (approx 6 lbs)
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1-2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions

eheat oven to 275.

Rinse & pat dry ribs and remove membrane.

Combine seasoning, rub ribs & wrap tightly in foil.

Place meat-side up on baking sheet.

Bake 3 hours for spare ribs / 2 hours for baby-back ribs.

Open foil & drain liquid.

Brush on BBQ sauce and broil 5 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes.
