Ingredients
- 1 lb Penne
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb mild Italian Sausage
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper - seeded & sliced
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper - seeded & sliced
- 1 small Onion - halved & sliced
- 2 tsp Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Boil water & cook pasta.

Warm oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Add sausage & cook, stirring to break up chunks, until no longer pink – Approx 5-6 mins.

Remove sausage to plate & pour off all but 1 Tbsp fat.

In same skillet, cook vegetables & seasoning over medium heat, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender – Approx 12 minutes.

Add sausage to pepper mixture, stir & cook until warmed through – Approx 30 seconds.

Add sausage mixture to pasta & combine.

Serve topped with Parmesan Cheese.
