4 eggs

1 3/4 Self rising flour

Prepare pans – butter pan, parchment

Beat butter. 1 Minute

Add sugar

Add vanilla

1/3 of flour

Add eggs 1 at a time

Add remaining flour just beat to mix

350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Jam onto first layer

Then

Middle layer is first jam folded in whipping cream that is whipped

Then add strawberries that have been macerated

Add 2nd cake layer
