- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 70 g fresh coriander
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
