Roasted Red Peppers with Feta and Capers

Ingredients

  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 7 oz feta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 preserved lemon (peel)
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. roast red peppers on the grill

  2. place peppers in closed paper bag for 5 minutes

  3. slice
