Ingredients

• cooking spray
• 16oz pkg. Italian sausage
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion
• 15oz pkg. refrigerated pie crust
• 12.5oz jar pizza sauce
• 5oz pkg. mini pepperoni slices
• 8oz pkg. shredded mozzarella, divided
• 3/4 cup shredded three cheese blend
• 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drained
• 2 tbl. Italian seasoning
• 1 large egg, beaten

Directions

1. Place oven rack in lower one-third of oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a deep dish pie pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.

2. Cook sausage on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.Drain if necessary, and transfer to large bowl.

3. Add green pepper and onion to skillet and cook until soft. Add green pepper mixture to sausage.

4. Add remaining ingredients to sausage mixture. Transfer to pastry lined pie plate.Top with remaining pastry. Brush top with egg.

5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool ten minutes before serving.
