Ingredients
- 1 T plus 1 t active dry yeast
- 2 C warm water
- 1 T sugar
- Bloom
- Dough:
- Mixer with dough hook:3 C all purpose flour
- 2 t kosher salt=mix
- Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture
- ADD
- another 2 C flour
- MIX 5 minutes until dough climbs the hook
Directions

Let rise about 30-45 minutesin greased bowl covered with towel

Divide in half

Form into rectangle on floured board

Roll into 2 loaves-

Put on parchment paper

Cut slits on top
-
Let rise 25-30 minutesButter and salt top while hot
