Amish Zebra Cashew Clusters

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Whole Cashews (about 2 cups)
  • 20 ounces white almond bark
  • 10 ounces chocolate almond bark

Directions

  1. Melt the white almond bark in a microwave according to the instructions on the package. Also melt the chocolate bark in a separate bowl.

  2. Stir in the cashews into the white almond bark. Working quickly drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper.

  3. Then drizzle the chocolate bark across the mounds of cashew/white bark giving them a zebra look.

  4. Allow to sit and harden prior to putting them in a container. You can hasten this process by putting them in the fride to harden.
