Hot Fudge Sauce

Makes about 1 1/2 C

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C semi sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 5oz can (2/3 C) evaporated milk

Directions

  1. In saucepan melt chocolate & butter

  2. Add sugar

  3. Gradually stir in evaporated milk

  4. Boil, reduce heat, then boil gently over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently
