Crunchy Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 tsp honey mustard
- 1/3 c finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Brush top of each chicken breast with one tsp honey mustard.

In a small bowl, mix together pecans, breadcrumbs, butter and salt. Sprinkle nut mixture evenly over chicken.

Bake in 400F oven 30 mins or until chicken is browned and fork tender.
