Crunchy Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tsp honey mustard
  • 1/3 c finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Brush top of each chicken breast with one tsp honey mustard.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together pecans, breadcrumbs, butter and salt. Sprinkle nut mixture evenly over chicken.

  3. Bake in 400F oven 30 mins or until chicken is browned and fork tender.
