frosting buttercreme

Ingredients

  • 1 c room temp butter
  • 4 C powdered sugar-sifted
  • 3-4 T cream
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla

Directions

  1. Be sure to scrape sides and bottom of bowl as making

  2. Cream butter for about 5 minutes

  3. Slowly add confectioners sugar- on low speed

  4. add 1 T cream- beat on low speed
  5. Add salt- beat on low speed

  6. add 2nd T cream and 1 t vanilla and beat ib medium speed
  7. Add 3rd T cream and beat

  8. May or may not need another T cream
