Parmesan garlic chicken and potatoes

Chicken can be frozen but you must add 2 hours to the cooking time.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Parmesan Garlic Sauce 12 oz
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into blocks
  • 4 oz shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes quartered

Directions

  1. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Pour entire bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over chicken.

  3. Fill Parmesan Garlic Sauce Bottle with milk and shake. Add milk and remaining sauce to slow cooker.

  4. Add cream cheese, 4 oz parmesan cheese and potatoes.

  5. Stir everything together to combine and coat chicken.

  6. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.

  7. Shred chicken with two forks and return to slow cooker and mix to combine in sauce.

  8. Serve immediately.
