Ingredients
- 16 oz pasta
- 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 3 tbs butter1 c evaporated milk
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt
Directions

slightly overcook pasta

grate 12 oz cheese and dice rest into 1/2 inch cubes

Add cheese to warm pasta-reserving some for top

add sour cream,, butter and evaporated milk

add cream cheese-stir well

when mixture not too hot add eggs

pou into 9×13 well sprayed or buttered

bake 350 for 25 minutes-take out and stir

bake another 20 minutes.

top with more grated cheese- cook 5 more minutes
