Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3 T white sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 t almond extract Whisk 30 seconds
- Add -stir by hand
- 2 1/3 C sweetened cocoanut flakes
- 1/2 C toasted almonds
- 1/3 C chocolate chips
- Refrigerate 30 minutes
- #42 ice cream scoop-slightly mounded-
- makes 12 cookies
- Bake on parchment paper sprayed with Pam
- 350 degrees-25-30 minutes
- Let sit 5 minutes and move to wire racks
