Ingredients

  • whole chicken cut into pieces
  • EITHER
  • buttermilk MARINATE FOR DAY OR
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 c condensed milk
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/2 c water
  • let sit 5 minutes
  • FRY
  • cast iron skillet- 350 degrees with 1 quart vegetable oil
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1/4 dried thyme
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • FRY TIL INTERNAL TEMP 165
  • thighs, legs.breast if large-total 18 minutes
  • wings-15 minutes
