Skillet Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil
- 3 lb chicken pieces, fat and skin removed
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 1 tbs minced garlic
Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Arrange chicken in skillet. Fry over med-hi heat until chicken browns slightly. Add pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and garlic. Stir the sauce around the chicken to dissolve the sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 45 mins.
