Mustard Roasted Fish

Ingredients

  • Snapper, or any firm white fish (I prefer cod)
  • 1/2 cup Creme Fraiche (or sour cream or yogurt)
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Dijon
  • 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp shallots minced
  • 1 tbsp drained capers

Directions

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper

  2. Combine sauce ingredients and add a pinch of salt and pepper

  3. Spoon over fish

  4. Bake 425 for 10 minutes

  5. Serve with broccoli and potato
