Ingredients
- Snapper, or any firm white fish (I prefer cod)
- 1/2 cup Creme Fraiche (or sour cream or yogurt)
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Dijon
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp shallots minced
- 1 tbsp drained capers
Directions

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper

Combine sauce ingredients and add a pinch of salt and pepper

Spoon over fish

Bake 425 for 10 minutes

Serve with broccoli and potato
