Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake
- 1 3.4 oz package instant pistachio pudding
- 3/4 C sour creme
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 C roughly chopped pecans
Directions

All combined and beaten 2 minutes

Put 1/2 of a mixture of sugar, pecans optional and cinnamon. inbetween half of batter and remainder on top of cake

Grease and flour 9X13 pan

Bake 45-50 minutes
