pistachio cake 11/24

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant pistachio pudding
  • 3/4 C sour creme
  • 3/4 C vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C roughly chopped pecans

Directions

  1. All combined and beaten 2 minutes

  2. Put 1/2 of a mixture of sugar, pecans optional and cinnamon. inbetween half of batter and remainder on top of cake

  3. Grease and flour 9X13 pan

  4. Bake 45-50 minutes
