Rhubarb Punch

Ingredients

  • 24 stalks of rhubarb, washed and cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
  • 3 c water
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 small package of raspberry jello
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • 1 large can pineapple juice (46oz)

Directions

  1. put rhubarb to cook with just enough water to cover and cook without burning.

  2. Boil until soft

  3. Drain liquid through strainer. This is for the concentrate. Let cook while preparing the jello

  4. Boil 3 cups of water. Stir in 2 cups of sugar and 1 small package of jaspberry jello. Add this to your rhubarb concentrate and stir.

  5. Add 1 large can of pineapple juice and stir

  6. Put into empty gallon jug and put into freezer until the day before I need to serve the punch

  7. At the time of serving, add the above to your punch bowl and add 1 to 1 12 liters of ginger ale. add ice if needed

  8. With alcohol

  9. add in 5th of skyblue vodka and fill rest to a 1 gallon ice cream bucket and put into freezer to form slushy
