Spanish Balls

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 11 people

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 c finely crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1 t italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 3 eggs beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients

  3. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place onto baking sheet

  4. bake for 20 minutes, or until browned
