Spanish Balls

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 11 people
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 c finely crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 t italian seasoning
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 3 eggs beaten

Preheat over to 350 degrees

In a large bowl combine all ingredients

Shape into walnut-sized balls and place onto baking sheet

bake for 20 minutes, or until browned
