In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme until it’s well mixed and fluffy.

Take your pie crust and spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese evenly inside. If you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle some chopped onion for extra flavor!
