Gaps Onion Carrot & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot slice
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 3 Tablespoon avocado oil or butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Slice the carrots and onions.

  2. Add oil or butter to a 10 inch skillet; add the onion and carrots, and stir fry for a minute; add the broccoli florets; add the salt and pepper and stir-fry veggies until slightly steamed, but crisp.
