Gaps Onion Carrot & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 5 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 carrot slice
- 1/2 sliced onion
- 3 Tablespoon avocado oil or butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Slice the carrots and onions.

Add oil or butter to a 10 inch skillet; add the onion and carrots, and stir fry for a minute; add the broccoli florets; add the salt and pepper and stir-fry veggies until slightly steamed, but crisp.
