Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C self rising flour
- 1 t paprika
- 1/2 t cayenne peppper
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t onion powder
- oil
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 C hot sauce (Franks milk hot sauce)
- Sahke in bowl with lid- turning upside down etc
Directions

Dip wings in egg wash or buttermilk

Then flour breading-Let sit for 30 minutes or so

DONT DOUBLE DIP WITH THIS BREADING

Fry at 350 for about 8 minutes

After fried, place on rack and if saucing do so now
