chicken wing breading

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C self rising flour
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1/2 t cayenne peppper
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • oil
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 C hot sauce (Franks milk hot sauce)
  • Sahke in bowl with lid- turning upside down etc

Directions

  1. Dip wings in egg wash or buttermilk

  2. Then flour breading-Let sit for 30 minutes or so

  3. DONT DOUBLE DIP WITH THIS BREADING

  4. Fry at 350 for about 8 minutes

  5. After fried, place on rack and if saucing do so now
