Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- Wooden skewers soaked in water for 20 mins
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 2/3 C Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Directions

In large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.

Working one skewer at a time, thread 4-5 cubes onto each.

In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha & honey. Mix well.

Pour 1/2 of the sauce into a separate bowl & set aside. Use the rest to brush evenly over the chicken.

Add skewers to the basket of air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 400’ for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Transfer chicken to a plate and drizzle or brush with reserved bang bang sauce.
