Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 20 mins
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 1/4 C Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 C Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.

  2. Working one skewer at a time, thread 4-5 cubes onto each.

  3. In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha & honey. Mix well.

  4. Pour 1/2 of the sauce into a separate bowl & set aside. Use the rest to brush evenly over the chicken.

  5. Add skewers to the basket of air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 400’ for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  6. Transfer chicken to a plate and drizzle or brush with reserved bang bang sauce.
