Caprese Farfalle

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Farfalle
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls or cubed
- 2 C Grape Tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 C Fresh Basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 2-3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions

Combine Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Whisk or shake until blended.

Cook pasta, drain & rinse w/ cold water

In large bowl mix the cooled pasta with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with prepared dressing.
