- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 8 plum tomatoes
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
