Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 2 jalapenos (with seeds for extra hot)
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- handful of parsley
Directions

Chop all the veggies to your desired size and add in liquids and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to let the flavors blend.
