Greek Style Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh green beans cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 small sweet onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small tomato, cut into eighths
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
Directions

Place the beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crisp

tender; drain.

In a small skillet, sauté onion in oil

for about 5 minutes or until tender.

Reduce heat. Add the tomato, oregano, salt and pepper; cook one minute longer or until heated through.
