California Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. soya sauce, divided
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 cups vegetables (red and yellow peppers, broccoli, snow peas and carrots), cut into thin, uniforms pieces
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

Directions

  1. HEAT non-stick frying pan or wok over medium heat.

  2. ADD 2 Tbsp dressing, 1/2 of the soya sauce and chicken to pan.

  3. STIR-FRY until cooked through; remove from pan.

  4. ADD remaining dressing, ginger, garlic and vegetables (excluding bean sprouts) to pan. Stir-fry until tender.

  5. ADD chicken and bean sprouts to pan; heat through. Serve over hot cooked instant white rice to complete the meal.
