California Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce, divided
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3 cups vegetables (red and yellow peppers, broccoli, snow peas and carrots), cut into thin, uniforms pieces
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Directions

HEAT non-stick frying pan or wok over medium heat.

ADD 2 Tbsp dressing, 1/2 of the soya sauce and chicken to pan.

STIR-FRY until cooked through; remove from pan.

ADD remaining dressing, ginger, garlic and vegetables (excluding bean sprouts) to pan. Stir-fry until tender.

ADD chicken and bean sprouts to pan; heat through. Serve over hot cooked instant white rice to complete the meal.
