Meatballs Espanol

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 12 oz zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic salt, and pepper; mix well.

Form into about 12 balls. Place in greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes.

In a saucepan combine tomatoes, zucchini, oregano, basil, and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then blend cornstarch and beef broth. Add to tomato mixture. Pour over meatballs while sauce is hot.

Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve over 3 cups fluffy rice.
