Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless
- 1 package frozen broccoli spears
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- bread crumbs
- margarine
Directions

Boil chicken until done. Remove bone and skin. Cook broccoli according to directions on the package (about 5 minutes), drain.

Place broccoli on bottom of buttered casserole; arrange chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder and spread over chicken.

Spread cheese over sauce, then sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven until brown.
