Ingredients
- 1-2 large jicama (peel and cube or julliene)
- 1 small red onion minced
- 1 pt grape tomatoes (sliced in half if you like)
- 5 oz baby arugula leaves (a big handful, also you might want to cut it small)
- 2 avocados (cube or thin slices)
- dressing
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (or less)
- 1.5 TBS honey (or more)
- 2 limes juiced (2-3 TBS!)
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 2 TBS olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
