Ingredients
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalepeno, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t cumin
- 5 c chicken broth
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut in strips
- 2 c mild salsa
- salt and pepper
Directions

Saute onion and jalepeno 5 min, add garlic and cumin for 30 sec more.

Add broth, bring to simmer. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, 3 min. Stir in salsa, simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
