Taco Soup

(from cnored’s recipe box)

Crockpot or on the stove

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken (boneless skinless preferred) or ground beef
  • corn (I use the can but can use frozen)
  • pinto beans can also use any other bean you like(if using dry beans
  • cook ahead of time)
  • 1/2 chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 can of rotel
  • 1 package of taco seasoning

Directions

  1. water for the consistency you like

  2. Crockpot cook low 6-8 hours

  3. On the stove add above ingredients and cook until ready

  4. If you are using canned corn, and beans do not drain the liquids
